Big changes coming to Macau?

Fernando Chui isn’t exactly a household name in Las Vegas, but he is about to emerge as the key player in Macau’s tumultuous casino game.

Chui is expected to be named Macau’s next chief executive in charge of gaming philosophy and growth. He could face big pressure to cut the island’s gaming taxes now that key license holders such as Las Vegas Sands and Wynn Resorts are no longer generating record profits.
