Bluffs in Southern Highlands on schedule

Pacific Southwest Development is preparing to debut The Bluffs, located in Southern Highlands, the developer's ultimate vision for semi-custom home building. Three model homes, ranging in size from nearly 6,000 to 6,800 square feet, are under construction.
