The book covers topics starting with pregnancy all the way to what kind of house plants to keep in your home and what toys to buy.
  Being a new mother, I wanted the best for my daughter, and it was hard to find an easy read with all the information that I was looking for. This book gave me all of that. Fassa has the experience and plenty of resources that add enlightenment to her book. 
  The book gives pregnant women tips on what kinds of foods to eat, since it all goes to their little ones. From what organic foods are best and, if you can’t afford organic food, she gives you a list of foods with the least amount of pesticides, using green flags and red flags to identify the good from the bad. There are many things that I didn’t know until I read this book. 
  Fassa explains the dangers of certain cosmetic products and the leading toxic ingredients used in a majority of them. She includes quotes from people who own all-natural product companies and also a little bit about where they started. This information is included throughout the book, with plenty of resources for the reader to consult. 
  Fassa includes the dangers of some perfumes and fragrances, as well as the dangers of candles and using plastic food containers. Not only does she address topics for expectant mothers, she also touches on what types of toys are best for teething babies. She mentions the high risk of lead poisoning and how to avoid such dangers.
  This book is an overall guide to keeping your home and life organic and healthy.
  Being a new mother is difficult and it’s sometimes hard to keep up with all the toxins out there. You want your baby to stay as healthy as possible. This is a great guide for all the questions you may want to ask and it’s very easy to read, especially for those mothers who are constantly running around.
  I highly recommend this book to every mother.
