Boulder Ridge offers golf course setting

Sales have started at Boulder Ridge by Christopher Homes in Summerlin's The Ridges Village.

A gated neighborhood, Boulder Ridge features 46 contemporary desert-styled luxury homes on one-quarter and one-half acre lots. Many home sites neighbor Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Bear's Best Las Vegas, a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course that features replications of famous holes from his courses throughout the Southwest.

Homes range from 4,000 to more than 6,000 square feet and are priced from $1.7 million.

Club Ridges is expected to open by mid-year.
