Brentwood Grove offers choices

Buyers looking to make their move right now may consider quick move-in homes offered by Richmond American in the Brentwood Grove neighborhood located in the northern part of the valley.

The Birch quick move-in homes feature two distinctive floor plans. The first offers four bedrooms; the second has three bedrooms with a study and loft.

Clark said prospective buyers looking to build a Richmond American home from the ground up will find a choice of three two-story designs with three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garages, in about 2,050 to 2,350 square feet.

Among them is the Empress home, which offers buyers exceptional flexibility. The Empress can be designed with up to five bedrooms, as well as a patio and a deck.
