Kloehn Development's open house to showcase its projects

Kloehn Development LLC will hold an open house Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. for licensed real estate brokers and agents to showcase its first move-in-ready home to be listed. The five-bedroom, single-family home is located at 5829 Lost Gold Ave., between Durango Drive and Alexander Road.

Kloehn Development buys foreclosed bank-owned properties and is able to repair, refurbish and remodel the homes at a reasonable cost by buying materials in bulk. All homes offered by the company will be move-in-ready, eligible for FHA and VA financing and include new exterior and interior paint, new padding and carpeting, new fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and landscaping.

The company anticipates the homes it offers will list at $199,000.
