Builders at Inspirada offer city-style living

Inspirada, a new 2,000-acre master-planned community located in the southern foothills of the valley, offers a mix of architectural styles and floor plans including City Homes and Mansion Homes.

"The City Homes at Inspirada reflect the charm and classic character you would see in homes on the streets of New York City, San Francisco and even Chicago," KB Home regional sales manager Alicia Rodrigues said. "These homes provide even more choices to home buyers who are seeking the comfortable and convenient lifestyle of city living in a suburban area."

City Homes are available in two- or three-story floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet. Options include individual stoops providing direct access to landscaped streetscapes.

Mansion Homes consist of four residences grouped together under one roof with the external appearance of one home. Individual units range from 1,400 to 1,700 square feet and include wrap-around porches, private balconies and patios and a shared private motor court with hidden two-car garages.

"The floor plans of the Mansion Homes allow for spacious, affordable luxury living," said Dan Wright, senior project manager for Toll Brothers at Inspirada. "The design of these homes promotes an easy opportunity for interaction between residents and their outdoor environment."

Currently, KB Home has City Homes models open and Toll Brothers has both City Homes and Mansion Homes models available for viewing. Prices begin in the mid-$200,000s and vary per builder.

Three single-family home styles are also being offered at Inspirada and include Estate Homes, Village Homes and Garden Homes. Estate Homes, the largest single-family residences available at Inspirada, range from 2,200 to 4,400 square feet; Village Homes are available from 1,900 to nearly 3,500 square feet; and Garden Homes range from 1,350 to 2,000 square feet.

Inspirada will be made up of seven villages, each with its own theme: music, art, athletics, dance, exploration, painting and science. At the heart of Inspirada is a town center called Civita planned for restaurants, cafes, retail shops and entertainment venues. Civic amenities such as schools, police and fire stations are integrated into the community. Each village will be anchored by a central park, with all homes within a comfortable walking distance.

City of Henderson officials and a consortium of nationally recognized and award-winning home builders and developers have come together to create Inspirada, including KB Home, Toll Brothers, Focus Property Group, Woodside Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Pardee Homes, Meritage Homes and Beazer Homes. Combined, the builders will construct 13,500 residences providing homes to nearly 26,000 individuals.

A celebration to mark the official grand opening of Inspirada is planned for Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free to the public and will kick-off with a parade, followed by live entertainment, games, food and fun for the entire family.

Inspirada is located at 1890 Via Firenze in Henderson. To visit Inspirada from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, East, exit Eastern Avenue and head south to St. Rose Parkway.
