But … are those voters still here?

Below you will find a Washington Post story regarding the DNC's effort to get Obama first-time voters back to the polls for midterms.

In Nevada, that's going to very especially important for Sen. Harry Reid and Rep. Dina Titus, both of whom polls show are on the ropes with voters.

The question facing both parties in get-out-the-vote efforts this fall for places like Nevada is this: Are those voters still here? The recession has clearly produced an out-migration in cities like Las Vegas, where unemployment is at 14 percent and climbing. It's hard to get out the vote when the voters are gone.
