Buyer makes third Pulte purchase
When Randy Jurgilanis was ready to purchase his most recent new home in Southern Nevada, he knew it was going to be one built by Pulte Homes, the buyer said.
"This is the third new Pulte home I have bought in eight years," Jurgilanis said. "I like to live close to where I work and when my job situation changed in October, I decided to move from my home in northwest Las Vegas and find another Pulte home in the southeast valley."
Jurgilanis purchased at Pulte's Paseo at Madeira Canyon, which is situated in the southern foothills of Henderson, between the Anthem master-planned community and the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. Jurgilanis used the services of Realtor Paul Miotke of Liberty Realty for the third time.
"Paul has always been a huge endorser of Pulte Homes," Jurgilanis said. "He first introduced me to the company in 1999 and based on the wonderful experience I had, I decided I wouldn't buy a home from any other builder."
The Paseo at Madeira Canyon features 20 one- and two-story models representing six collections of homes ranging from 1,580 to 3,799 square feet and priced from the $330,000s. In their standard configurations, the homes offer two to five bedrooms, two to 31/2 baths, and a two- or three-car garage. Options are available to expand each of the floor plans.
Jurgilanis purchased a Plan 1729 in the Aragon collection. The single-story home features three bedrooms and two baths in 1,729 square feet.
"The Plan 1729 has exceptional curb appeal and a very open and spacious feel inside the home," he said. "It is a convenient, competitively priced home that is built with a very long list of included features."
Jurgilanis said he has always been satisfied with the quality of houses built by Pulte Homes, resulting in his becoming a three-time customer.
"Once you own a Pulte home, you realize the difference between their homes and others in the same price range," he said.
Amenities of the 487-acre Madeira Canyon master-planned community include walking trails, arroyo, a future park with playgrounds, and the site for an elementary school.
Pulte houses are constructed with Environments for Living building technology. The homes are 30 percent more energy-efficient than Energy Star-certified homes, lowering bills for homeowners.
Additionally, Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards, which includes many brand-name amenities as standard features. They may include Corian countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Moen faucets and more.
To visit, take the southern portion of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway, then turn left. Continue on Anthem about six miles, then make a left onto Bicentennial Parkway, a left onto Anthem Highlands Drive, a left on Democracy Drive, then follow signs to the model park.
