Canyon Creek condominiums present options within northwestern valley

At Canyon Creek, a gated condominium complex in the northwestern valley, features upgrades and amenities are included in the price of each residence, according to sales agent Sharon Schermerhorn.

"People that come in and visit the community are pleasantly surprised by the value they see," she said. "When you read about the upgraded features, you just don't get a good sense of what it's really like. But when you see it in person, it's impressive to witness all that is included in the price of the homes here."

"Right now, we are in Phase Two of the development, but we are still offering Phase One pricing. In addition to that, buyers can get 3 percent toward closing costs when they go with our preferred lender," Schermerhorn said.
