Canyon Creek has doctors in the house

Canyon Creek Villas, a condominium development located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, features medical facilities nearby, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"Our Canyon Creek community is perfect for medical providers, specialists, employees in all aspects of health care," Simmons said. "We are the closest condominium community to Mountain View Hospital, Sierra Healthcare, radiology labs and medical offices just off Tenaya Way and U.S. 95."

Three units are available.

Willow Villas measure 1,069 square feet and contain two bedrooms and two baths. Prices start at $153,400. The Arroyo starts at $169,900 and contains three bedrooms and two baths in 1,206 square feet.

All Canyon Creek Villas are corner units featuring two views from each residence. With eight condos to a two-story building, the residences are spread around two outdoor pools and spas, with a mixture of both desert and East Coast landscaping.

"When you arrive at our front gates you will be coming to our clubhouse, which has the look and feels like a ski lodge," Simmons said. "It has a forest of pine trees. The entire Canyon Creek Villas community is very green and beautiful and very upscale."

Canyon Creek Villas neighbors both Summerlin and Desert Shores and is minutes from the Mount Charleston recreation area.

Residents can take advantage of over 100 acres of public park areas within minutes of the community. The parks also feature a dog area, skate park, volleyball, tennis, soccer and basketball.

The Performance Home Sales Gallery at 2700 N. Rainbow Boulevard is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 and exit at Lake Mead Boulevard. Turn left at Rainbow and travel north past Smoke Ranch Road to the development on the right.
