Canyon Creek offers specials

Canyon Creek Villas, a condominium development located just outside Summerlin, is holding a pre-Thanksgiving remote live radio broadcast with specials and free prizes Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Featured is Mike O'Brian, part of the TKO Morning Show on 96.3 FM.

"Designed to create added excitement to the great specials and amenities of Canyon Creek Villas, there will be a drawing for Billy Joel tickets for his concert that night at the MGM Grand, gift certificates for HoneyBaked Ham stores, just in time for the holidays, and free food," according to Chrissy Winters, account executive for the Beasley Broadcasting Group.

"Having the remote here at Canyon Creek Villas, prospective buyers are getting specials off of purchasing the home and giveaways from the remote," Tina Brink, a Canyon Creek Villas sales agent, said.

"We are featuring specials in some villas for the Remote which include, at no extra charge, upgrade premiums such as a corner villa, upstairs condo, fireplace or washer and dryer.

"Also, for qualified buyers, we are able to give up to one year of HOA fees," Brink said.

Two floor plans are available. The Willow, with two bedrooms and two baths, measures 1,069 square feet, starting at $149,900. The Arroyo, a three-bedroom, two-bath residence, contains 1,206 square feet, starting at $169,900.

Standard features in all homes include a stainless-steel appliance package, birch cabinets with concealed hinges, brushed nickel plumbing and light fixtures, granite countertops and vanities, a balcony or patio, crown molding, ceramic-tile tub surrounds, ceramic tile in the kitchen and entry, two-tone custom interior paint, 4-inch baseboards and carpeting. Select homes have fireplaces.

All Canyon Creek Villas are corner units featuring two views from each residence. With eight condos to a two-story building, the residences are spread around two outdoor pools and spas, with a mixture of both desert and East Coast landscaping.

The community center touts a full-size kitchen, four-sided fireplace with stone veneer finish, billiards room, fitness and health center, men's and women's saunas, and a multi-purpose room for Pilates, aerobics and yoga.

One covered parking space is assigned to each home. There are 100 open spaces for guests or second vehicles, according to Brink.
