Casket coverage tells a story

This story about how the media has lost interest in covering the caskets containing the dead killed in Iran and Afghanistan since President Obama has become president is worth the read.

It raises questions about national media bias. For the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and the Washington Post it's a heck-uva story when President Bush is in office. It's ho-hum when President Obama is in office. Why?

Give credit, however, to the Associate Press. That news organization was consistent in covering the returning dead both then and now.
