Centennial Park offers six designs

Lennar's Centennial Park neighborhood, located at Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road, offers single-family homes from the $200,000s in the northwestern valley.

The homes provide such amenities as granite countertops, window coverings and upgraded appliances, including refrigerator and washer and dryer, at no additional cost.

The subdivision offers six home designs ranging from 1,478 to 1,909 square feet. Layouts include three to four bedrooms with 21/2 baths and two-car garages.

The Tuscan-inspired exteriors are highlighted by architectural pop-outs, and are accented by two-tone coordinated color schemes with wrought-iron accents.

Each home has a private backyard area that is enclosed behind walls. A wrought-iron gate provides access.

Standard interior design elements include raised-panel cabinetry and ceramic-tile entries.

The floor plans feature great-room spaces, architecturally planned art niches, 9-foot ceilings, pantries, dining areas and raised-panel interior doors. Master suites are designed with walk-in closets, a separate shower and Roman-style soaking tub in most homes.

Centennial Park is an Energy Star-certified neighborhood with money-saving and environment-saving features that include dual-pane glass windows, energy-efficient gas heating systems and gas appliance hookups, including the clothes dryer, according to company officials.

The builder's construction schedule provides a flow of home completions throughout the year with houses generally available for 30-, 60-, and 90-day occupancy, according to company officials.

To visit Centennial Park, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit west to Durango Road, then north on Durango to Elkhorn Road. The sales office is on the northwest corner of Durango and Elkhorn.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday when the sales office closes at 3 p.m.
