The neighborhood's builder, Centex, has announced its Centexclusive Gold Key Sale at four neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The three-weekend event will offer customers savings and incentives on some move-in-ready homes, according to Ryan Breen, division president for Centex Homes in Las Vegas.
