Centex promotes closeout pricing at North Las Vegas subdivisions

With several weeks of summer still remaining, seven Centex Homes neighborhoods offer special closeout pricing, operational marketing manager Jillian Lura said.

Centex Homes' closeout communities are concentrated in North Las Vegas, with the exception of Encantada, a privately gated neighborhood located in the southwestern valley. Fewer than a dozen homes remain available at Encantada. Choices include two-story floor plans ranging from 1,483 to 1,685 square feet. Home buyers can select from great room and traditional layouts. Kitchen highlights may include a nook, island or pantry. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

To visit Encantada, take Interstate 15 south, exit Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, west, then exit south on Jones Boulevard. Turn left on Robindale Road and left on Lindell Road to the sales office. From I-215, exit south on Jones, turn left on Robindale and left on Lindell.

North Las Vegas is home to six Centex closeout neighborhoods: Aberdeen Falls and Latourell Falls at Waterfall, Traditions, Cantura and Giavanna I and II.

Just five homes remain available in Aberdeen Falls and Latourell Falls, two of four gated neighborhoods at the Waterfall community. Floor plans range from 1,955 to 3,807 square feet, and are priced from the low $300,000s. Situated near Aliante, Waterfall offers four private parks highlighted by tot lots, a rock-climbing wall, splash zone, picnic areas, fitness center and swimming pool. To visit, take I-215 to Aliante Parkway and exit north. Turn left on Moonlight Falls Avenue and follow the signs to Waterfall.

The Traditions neighborhood has seven homes left. Starting in the low $300,000s, the two-story homes measure 1,955 to 3,807 square feet with up to six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Every home includes a three-car garage. Some home sites exceed 8,000 square feet.

Sixteen home-buying opportunities remain at Cantura, an all single-story neighborhood featuring pool-sized lots. Priced from the mid-$200,000s, three home designs offer 1,664 to 1,895 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and two full baths. Some structural highlights include a formal dining room, kitchen island workstation and secondary bedrooms joined by a Jack-and-Jill bath.

Giavanna I and II layouts range from 1,200 to 1,990 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths. Single- and two-story choices are available, some with dual owner's suites and multiple dining areas. Many home sites feature 45-foot-deep backyards designed to accommodate a pool, play structure or barbecue area. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s.

Giavanna features six neighborhood parks with gazebos and picnic areas. D.L. "Dusty" Dickens Elementary School is also located in the area.

To visit Traditions, Cantura or Giavanna I and II from I-215, exit south on Losee Road and follow the signs. From Interstate 15, exit Craig Road west, turn right on Losee and follow the signs.

Homes bear the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal of approval. They also include the builder's Two-Year Fit and Finish Warranty, which extends the normal one-year coverage to two years at no additional cost.
