Cherry Lane II offers eastern locale

Set in an established residential area, Richmond American's Cherry Lane II neighborhood offers an eastern location just off U.S. Highway 95 and Russell Road.

Sales agent Thomas Mason said, "Cherry Lane II is in a nice residential setting, but it's still close to downtown and only about 15 minutes from the Galleria Mall. It's also not far from the airport or the Strip, so everything you need is just a short drive away."

The community features four floor plans from Richmond American's Cherry Lane Collection, with prices starting from $247,990.

The Lapin is priced from the $280,000s.

Priced from the $270,000s is the Ranier, a four-bedroom home offering 2 1/2 baths and 1,550 square feet. High ceilings add elegance to the entry, which leads into an inviting great room.

The kitchen is enhanced by a breakfast bar and adjacent dining room.

Upstairs is the master suite with private bath, three secondary bedrooms and a full bath.

"Two of the secondary bedrooms include really nice-sized closets," Mason said, "and the walk-in closet in the master suite is very large." An optional loft is available in lieu of the third bedroom.

Two three-bedroom homes are available, each with 2  1/2 baths. Priced from the $240,000s, the 1,300-square-foot Mahogany includes a living room, powder room, kitchen and nook on the main floor.

The 1,450-square-foot Lambert is priced from the $260,000s and offers an open layout with a great room, dining room and kitchen.

"Both of these homes have convenient features like a food preparation island in the kitchen, an upstairs laundry room and an optional loft," Mason said. "The Lambert is very popular because of its open layout and the separation between the master suite and the secondary bedrooms."

Models of all four floor plans are open for touring at Cherry Lane II. To visit, take Highway 95 to the Tropicana Avenue exit and go east. Tropicana turns into Broadbent Boulevard and heads south.
