Cherry Lane offers single-family residences
April 14, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Priced from the mid -$200,000s to the low $300,000s, with floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 1,750 square feet, Richmond American's Cherry Lane Collection offers a choice for first-time home buyers, according to the developer.
Presenting four, two-story floor plans, The Collection includes the Mahogany, Lambert, Ranier and Lapin.
The homes are featured at several communities across the Valley, including Cherry Lane II, Benton and Cantata in eastern Las Vegas; Highland Grove and Hillcrest in the northwest; and Sagecrest and Murano in the southwest.
Two three-bedroom homes are available: the Mahogany and the Lambert.
The 1,300-square-foot Mahogany is an open design with living room, powder room, kitchen and nook on the main floor.
The 1,450-square-foot Lambert offers an open layout with a great room, dining room and kitchen.
Also available is the 1,550-square-foot Ranier, with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
The Lapin is the largest floor plan and includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths within 1,750 square feet.
The main floor features an open layout that includes a great room with a convenient media niche, kitchen with food preparation island and dining room.
A bonus room is available at the upstairs, in lieu of one of the secondary bedrooms.
Models from the Cherry Lane Collection are open for touring daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday, when they open at noon.
