Christopher Homes begins sales within Boulder Ridge

Christopher Homes is opening sales for a new luxury neighborhood in Summerlin. Boulder Ridge is a 24-hour guard-gated enclave in Summerlin's The Ridges custom-estate village.

The neighborhood will feature new residential designs of desert contemporary architecture on sites of one-quarter to one-half acre. The collection is limited to 46 residences alongside the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear's Best Golf Course. The designs will range from 4,000 to more than 6,000 square feet. Prices will begin from the upper $1 millions.

According to luxury home consultant, Teresa Tebbs, pre-model opening prices are being offered, with prime first-release sites available. Professionally furnished and decorated model homes are scheduled to open in fall 2007.

Many of the residences will look onto views of the Red Rock Canyon, while others will be situated on golf course home sites. Select sites will offer vistas of the Las Vegas city lights.

According to Tebbs, buyers can further personalize their residences and will receive free consultation with design professionals from the Christopher Homes Design Center.

Founded by Chief Executive Officer J. Christopher Stuhmer, a second-generation home builder, the company is celebrating 25 years of building luxury homes in Southern Nevada.

To reach Boulder Ridge take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Town Center Drive. Go south on Town Center Drive to West Flamingo Road and go right (west) to Marble Ridge. Make a left on Marble Ridge to the entrance of The Ridges and proceed to the guard gate. The guard will provide directions to the sales office.
