Christopher Homes’ Boulder Ridge features custom estates in Summerlin

Boulder Ridge, Christopher Homes' newest luxury neighborhood, offers customizing options, according to sales agent Teresa Tebbs.

Located in the 24-hour guard-gated community of The Ridges in Summerlin, the development consists primarily of custom estate homes.

The gated enclave of 46 residences is nestled alongside the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and adjacent to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear's Best Golf Course.

A series of all-new residential designs are being introduced at the neighborhood, each of them highlighted by Desert Contemporary architecture and located on one-quarter- to one-half-acre home sites.

They measure from 4,000 to more than 6,000 square feet and prices start at just under $2 million.

The professionally furnished and decorated model homes are anticipated to open in the fall.

Tebbs said buyers can take advantage of pre-model-opening prices.

Many of the residences will have views into Red Rock Canyon, while others will be situated on golf course home sites, she said.

Some select home sites will also offer stunning vistas of the Las Vegas city lights, according to Tebbs.

Christopher Homes is currently celebrating 25 years of building luxury homes in Southern Nevada.

The home-building company was founded by second-generation home builder and company CEO, J. Christopher Stuhmer.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Town Center Drive and go south to Flamingo Road and go then west on Flamingo to Marble Ridge.

Go left on Marble Ridge to the entrance of The Ridges and proceed to the guard gate.
