Christopher unveils pair

Christopher Homes has released two custom- estate homes in The Enclave, an exclusive, a custom neighborhood located in the 24-hour guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club community.

Sales agent Teresa Tebbs said the two custom-estate homes are ready for immediate move-in and feature professionally designed and installed front- and rear-yard landscaping, including a pool and spa.

According to Tebbs, the interiors of the homes are highlighted by custom finishes, fixtures and accents.

The other completed custom estate is a two-story, 6,301-square-foot design with five bedrooms including a downstairs master suite, 5 1/2 baths, private interior courtyard, covered patio with fireplace and four-car garage.

Priced at $3.1 million, the residence overlooks the waterfall and pond of The Enclave's private, neighborhood park.

The Enclave will comprise a collection of 16 estate homes, ranging from 6,000 to 15,000 square feet, and priced from $3 million to more than $8 million. The custom neighborhood features one-third to three-fourths of an acre home sites.

Christopher Homes will provide the buyers of the two completed custom-estate homes in The Enclave with social memberships to Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.
