Clarification
In the April 26 Summerlin View article "Head-to-head with HOAs," it should have stated that although the majority of the documents Red Hills residents requested were incomplete, outdated and/or not provided, residents were allowed to copy them; only the Ombudsman's O ffice kept them from making copies. It also should have stated that the homeowners association manager resigned because of health issues, and fee increases were enacted through proper channels.
