Coalition to present Live It Up Tour

The Vertical Lifestyle Coalition has launched of the first Live It Up! Tour. The tour is a four-day event designed to give Las Vegas Valley residents an opportunity to explore a new lifestyle and contribute to the Keep Memory Alive Foundation. The coalition, a cooperative effort between local mid- and high-rise developments, is sponsoring the event. Tour participants can visit 11 featured properties, collecting stamps in a special passport to earn eligibility for a series of prizes.
The tour will begin Oct. 11, with a reception for real estate professionals. Tour hours for the public are Oct. 12, and 13, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The properties hosting the Live It Up! Tour are Brickwater, C2 Lofts in Summerlin, juhl, Luxe Lofts, Manhattan West, The Mercer, Paxton Walk, Promenada at Rainbow, Vantage Lofts, Stephanie Village and Boca Raton. The featured properties offer a range of floor plans and square footages, but share an emphasis on a new urban Las Vegas lifestyle.

An important component of the event is a fundraising effort to benefit the Keep Memory Alive Foundation, the organization that supports the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute, which is dedicated to research and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other chronic brain disorders. Event corporate sponsors, developer participants and the public will be involved in reaching the goal of a $40,000 contribution to the foundation's objectives.

The Keep Memory Alive Foundation was established in Las Vegas in 1996. The nonprofit foundation is dedicated to the conquest through research of brain disorders, including Alzheimer's, Huntington's and Parkinson's diseases, memory disorders and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, better known as ALS.
