Coming Friday: Councilman Reese’s Panaca weekend home destroyed by fire

Las Vegas City Councilman Gary Reese planned to spend a lot more time at the family's Panaca home following his June 15 retirement. Those plans will have to change now that a fire has destroyed the place built by Reese's brother and nephew.

A fire of unknown origin on Saturday engulfed the six-bedroom house and garage on property located about 3 miles outside Panaca in Lincoln County.
