"We select an exceptional location and turn it into an exceptional community. The homes are designed with imaginative details that enhance the owner's comfort and ease," said Doug Purdue, president of PurMar Homes.

Architectural features include three-coat stucco exteriors, concrete-tile roofs, choice of front-yard landscaping and irrigation systems, rear walls, side closures with return and gate and prewiring for garage door openers.

Interior highlights feature 9-foot ceilings downstairs, slate-look tile entries, textured walls and ceilings, on-Q structured wiring, and interior laundry rooms with washers and dryers.

Kitchens provide custom cabinets with a choice of finishes, energy-saving lighting, ceramic-tile countertops, gas ranges with electronic ignition, multifunction dishwashers and dual-basin porcelain sinks with food disposal.

Homes include Milgard dual-pane windows, weather-stripping on all exterior doors, insulation with R-13 batted walls and R-30 ceilings, and ground-mounted refrigerated air-conditioning and gas-heating units.
