Couple choose Tattersal residence

Earl and Randee Bryner chose a quick move-in home at Richmond American's Pinecrest II, a neighborhood located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"We saw the great value, and the house was available at the perfect time for us," Earl Bryner said. "Plus, it's a nice location near work."

The Bryners selected the Tattersal, a 1,350-square-foot home featuring three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. The entry leads into a great room with volume ceilings, which flows into a dining room and adjacent kitchen.

The second story of the Tattersal features a master suite with private bath and walk-in closet, two secondary bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room.

Prospective buyers can tour a model of the Tattersal at Foxborough, located just a few blocks from Pinecrest II. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit and go west. Turn left on Westwind Road, and the neighborhood is on the right.
