Couple chooses Stephanie Village for overall concept
As Realtors, Lorraine and Carmine Ferrara said they knew what was out there.
They had seen the prices and proposed amenities of various mixed-use projects around the Las Vegas Valley and one in particular stood out to them: Stephanie Village at Green Valley.
The Ferraras said they liked the wide range of shopping opportunities combined with the community feel of the 221/2-acre development in Henderson.
"We immediately liked the concept -- having stores and shops right there, where you can just come out of your home and walk the village square. It's more than just a condominium, it's a lifestyle," said Lorraine Ferrara, who along with her husband came to Southern Nevada from Vermont 11 years ago.
Developed by RMI Development with full construction financing by M&I Bank, an affiliate of Marshall & Ilsey Corp., construction of the first residential building at Stephanie Village is under way.
The development's clubhouse is also under construction, with completion scheduled for this fall. The clubhouse will include 15,000 square feet of presold office space, a library, business center and conference room areas.
The community's 58,000 square feet of retail space is slated to include coffee and gourmet deli shops and an art gallery, as well as interior design and garden shops.
Additional service and retail offerings will include a day spa, bank, salon and dry cleaning establishment.
When complete, the community will include two major restaurants, four swimming pools, a 2,200-square-foot fitness area with cardio-training equipment, shaded courtyard areas and an outdoor amphitheatre.
Located in the heart of Henderson at 64 N. Stephanie St., Stephanie Village has entry to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and U.S. Highway 95 (also known as Interstate 515 on the east side of the valley).
Priced from the low $300,000s, floor plans have up to three bedrooms, three baths and a loft.
The sales center at 64 N. Stephanie St. is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
