Couple with baby on the way chooses three-bedroom Brighton Village home

First-time buyers Stephanie and Anthony Underwood recently purchased a new home at Brighton Village by Warmington Homes Nevada. The residence is close to Silverado Ranch in southern Las Vegas, a vicinity they had targeted.
"When we started our home search, we knew we wanted to live near Silverado Ranch, and Brighton Village was the best value in the area with the affordable pricing, spectacular location and luxurious features that are already included in the homes," Stephanie Underwood said.
The Underwoods said they especially enjoy the community pool, cabana and play area.
"We really wanted a place that had access to a pool," Stephanie Underwood said. "And the fact that it is exclusively for Brighton Village homeowners makes it extra special. We already feel that sense of community when we are out enjoying the facilities."
The couple, who are expecting their first child in February, purchased a Plan Three design.
"Because we have a child on the way, we greatly appreciate the three bedrooms included in the Plan Three," Stephanie Underwood said. "It gives us plenty of room as we prepare for the arrival of our child and we still have additional space to use for storage and an extra room."
Brighton Village is a collection of two-story homes that range from about 1,194 to 1,432 square feet.
With homes priced from the low $200,000's, Brighton Village presents four detached two-story floor plans with two and three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and one-car garages.
All four home styles include features such as living and dining rooms, walk-in closets, interior laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets.
Also included are mini-blinds on all windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors, Whirlpool washers and gas dryers and 25-cubic-foot Whirlpool refrigerators.

To reach Brighton Village and to tour the community's model homes, from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Windmill Lane and go west to Maryland Parkway. Turn left (south) on Maryland Parkway and proceed three miles to the sales office on the lefthand side.
