D.R. Horton introduces FROG

D.R. Horton will hold grand openings at Southern Hills and Glenbrook Estates today and Sunday. Both feature D.R. Horton newest floor plan concept -- the Flex Room Over Garage or FROG. Prices begin from the high $200,000s.

The FROG element, which is located over the standard three-car garage, adds a second-story room and square footage to the single-story floor plan.

"Many home shoppers are only interested in looking at single-story homes. In the FROG plans, all of the bedrooms and the laundry room are on the first floor.
