D.R. Horton launches new Buffalo Ranch community website

D.R. Horton is going high-tech with its new website, www.BuffaloRanchLV.com. The new user-friendly site lets home shoppers browse 13 floor plans in four neighborhoods within the new Buffalo Ranch planned community, which opened last weekend.

The community, located at Buffalo Drive and Peace Way in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, has a grand opening slated for April 16. The 107-acre community is about five miles from the Las Vegas Strip, less than a mile north of the Spanish Trails community and inside of Interstate 215.

Model homes are under construction and presales are under way. The temporary sales office is located at 4485 S. Buffalo Dr.

"This website was designed for speed and convenience," said Marketing Director Jeff Ward. "All 13 floor plans are loaded on an image carousel, allowing web users to rapidly flip through all the plans without tedious 'drill-down / click back' browsing. Our Realtor partners are heaping praise upon this site because their clients can easily flip through 2D floor plans from smallest to largest ..."

When completed Buffalo Ranch will comprise 551 single-family homes in four neighborhoods. Prices start at $176,900. Floor plans range from 1,760 to 4,400 square feet.

The D.R. Horton concierge is available to answer questions about Buffalo Ranch or any of the 25 D.R. Horton communities in the Las Vegas Valley at 702-501-6301. Information is also available online at DRHorton.com
