Developer targets loans for first-time buyers at Eleven11 condominiums

Eleven11 Condominium Homes is making mortgage loans available to first-time buyers, according to Zolt Szorenyi, president of Developers Marketing Solutions.

"The program we are offering is one-of-a-kind in Las Vegas. First-time buyers are having a difficult time finding home loans these days. There are three floor plans available.

The Six80 plan containsone bedroom and one bath.

Nine68 is a two-bedroom, two-bath home, while the Nine80 also contains two bedrooms amd two baths.

All three floor plans have optional upgrades such as imported granite countertops in kitchen and bath, designer selected fixtures, two-tone paint and stainless-steel appliances.

The monthly payment options for buyers who qualify range from $461.85 a month for the one-bedroom home to $577.40 a month for the larger two-bedroom home.

The buyers need to have a FICO score of 640 or greater and invest a 3 percent down payment as well as other restrictions that can be discussed with a sales associate, Szorenyi said.

The complex features a new fitness center in the club house. There is also a pool and spa with lounge areas.
