Did you see Tera Patrick?

Another business day, another ho-hum business lunch in Las Vegas.

For example, today I dined with a couple of co-workers at the ever lively Palms hotel-casino. At the table next to us in the Simon's restaurant were a couple of gals for whom I paid little attention.

It's not that the Complete Las Vegan has anything against looking at pretty Vegas girls in the next booth, it was simply that the conversation at our table was engaging and worthy of my full attention. I didn't even look at my Blackberry (much) or the neighbors in the next booth.

Anyway, after lunch as we made our way to the elevator, our Palms luncheon companion asked:

"Did you see Tera Patrick in the booth next to us?"

"No. Who's that?"

"She's the biggest porn star in the world."

To which there is only one retort:

"Well then, I guess 'no' was the correct answer, wasn't it?"
