DINING: A Sugar Factory restaurant

Here’s some good news for anyone with an overdeveloped sweet tooth: Sugar Factory has announced the expansion of its brand with a 15,000-square-foot restaurant and retail store scheduled to open at Paris Las Vegas in the fall.
The new sweet spot, which a news release describes as “the world debut of the flagship location,” will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and a late-night menu including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches and salads, plus an extensive dessert menu centered on waffles, crepes, childhood favorites, chocolate fondue fountains and a gelato bar. And of course the company’s Couture Pops and scads of other branded merchandise will be available.
Sugar Factory already has a location at The Mirage, and an outlet at the Miracle Mile Shops is scheduled to open in February.
