DINING: Behold the Oscartini
Only in Las Vegas could the city's mayor be known for his love of martinis. That's because not only is he the happiest mayor in the world, this is the happiest city in the world.
At any rate, Morton's the Steakhouse has commemorated Mayor Oscar Goodman by introducing the Oscartini, which has become a favorite on the restaurant's bar menu. And  thanks to Morton's, you, too, can try this at home. Herewith, the recipe for the Oscartini: Shake 3 ounces of Bombay Sapphire Gin with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 1 large pitted olive stuffed with anchovies and 1 large pitted olive stuffed with blue cheese.
