DINING: Chocolate by the Bald Man — at Caesars

  The Forum Shops at Caesars, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has announced that Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man, will open there this summer.
  The 29-restaurant group, which has American locations in New York and Philadelphia, has a menu that is, as you might imagine, dominated by chocolate; chocolate cocktails and chocolate crepes brulee are coming your way. The Las Vegas location will be the biggest — 9,400 square feet, for those of you who are counting — and, in true Las Vegas fashion, will have spectacular visuals, with molten chocolate piped through it.
