Williams-Sonoma at Rampart Commons, 1001 S. Rampart Blvd., has announced a series of classes. The Sunday workshops will run from 10 to 11 a.m., the Monday sessions from 6 to 7 p.m. The schedule is as follows:
Sept. 13, classic French techniques of braising and sauteeing; Sept. 20, bistro suppers; Sept. 27, espresso, cappucino and coffee; Oct. 4, fresh pasta; Oct. 11, knife skills; Oct. 18, fall baking; Oct. 25 and 26, Thanksgiving hors d’oeuvres; Nov. 1 and 2, talking turkey; Nov. 8 and 9, make-ahead feast; Nov. 15 and 16, Thanksgiving desserts; Nov. 22 and 23, Williams-Sonoma Thanksgiving classics; Nov. 29, gift-giving; Dec. 6, hosting a cooking exchange.
