  The restaurants at The Venetian and the Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. South, have introduced Date Nite, with prix-fixe menus at select restaurants for $40 per person, plus tax and tip. Participating restaurants are Bar Charlie, Carnevino, Dos Caminos, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro and Sushisamba at Palazzo, and Enoteca San Marco and Postrio at The Venetian. Double Helix Wine Bar at The Shoppes at Palazzo is offering a specially priced Date Nite glass of wine. The dinners are available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.   Boa Steakhouse at The Forum Shops at Caesars, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South, now offers four dinner entrees priced at $18 to $26. They are spaghetti and Kobe meatballs, linguine with clams, marinated skirt steak frites and the Boa Burger with fries.
 And Andre's Restaurant & Lounge at Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Alize at the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, now offer locals half-priced bottles of wine and glasses of cognac and armagnac on Sundays.
