Wednesday evening (April 29) is the third annual 31 Cent Scoop Night at all Baskin-Robbins shops nation-
wide, including 15 in the Las Vegas Valley. From 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, all 2 1/2-ounce cones will be, as the name implies, 31 cents a scoop.
PT's Gold is offering free MGD 64 and SKYY Pineapple cocktails to women from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday (May 1) at its location at 10075 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson.
PT's is putting a new spin on Cinco de Mayo with its Dos De Mayo parties at its locations at 10075 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, 2135 E. Centennial Parkway, 532 E. Sahara Ave. and 6235 S. Decatur Blvd. from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday (May 2). The parties will include $2 Dos Equis, $2 Cazadores shots, games and prizes.
The company's Sierra Golds will host Kentucky Derby viewing parties at all three locations, beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday. Each woman wearing a sun hat will receive a free mint julep or mimosa, and food specials will include Double Bourbon Sliders and Sweet BBQ Glazed Chicken Sandwiches. Sierra Gold is at 1341 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson, 6929 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas and 6515 S. Jones Blvd.
Sammy's Woodfired Pizza will host Tapas for Teachers during lunch and dinner hours on Tuesday (May 5) at all five valley locations. All Clark County School District teachers can receive a free tapa with purchase (current ID required). Sammy's is at 4300 E. Sunset Road in Henderson, 6500 W. Sahara Ave., 9516 W. Flamingo Road, 7160 N. Durango Drive and 7345 Arroyo Crossing Parkway.
Freed's Bakery will celebrate Teacher's Appreciation Week by offering any valley teacher who visits either location a 20 percent discount on any order and a free cupcake each time they visit (ID required), between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday or 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through May 9 at 9555 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, or between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through May 7 and 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. May 8 and 9 at 4870 S. Eastern Ave.
Andre's Restaurant & Lounge at the Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Alize at the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, are offering locals half-priced bottles of wine and glasses of cognac and armagnac on Sundays.
And anyone who shows a ticket for any MGM Mirage show to their server at Andre's at the Monte Carlo can receive a 20 percent discount at Andre's. A ticket or voucher/receipt for the same day as the dinner reservations must be provided, and the offer is valid for dinner before or after the show or after-dinner drinks and cigars in the lounge.
