No, it shouldn’t read “For Goodness Sake.” For Goodness Shake is a shake shop that features custom milkshakes, smoothies and shaved ice concoctions that you create. Just step up to the blending bar and choose a nonfat yogurt base (milk- or lactose-free) and then select from more than 40 toppings, including assorted candy (Almond Joy, Kit Kat, 3 Musketeers, Snickers), cookies (Fig Newton, Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Nutter Butter), cereal (Fruity Pebbles, granola), fruit, and more to make your own custom shake. Protein powder also is on the list. You also can choose from one of the signature shakes and smoothies, such as Breakfast of Champions (apple cinnamon oatmeal, banana, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, soy milk), All Shook Up (peanut butter, banana, protein powder) and the unusual Morning After (bacon, orange juice, maple syrup). Smoothies include the Feelin’ Fuzzy (peaches, passion fruit, strawberries, apple juice), Mango Fandago, Pineapple Pear-Adise and Blackberries Revenge (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apple juice). When you buy a milkshake or a smoothie, For Goodness Shake makes a donation to Three Square food bank. Regular shakes start at $5.99. For Goodness Shake is at 4220 S. Grand Canyon Drive near the intersection of West Flamingo Road. It is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
