Chinese food revolves around rice and noodles, and these noodles and bowls of rice are perfectly prepared for a real taste of Chinese cuisine. Signature favorites are honey walnut shrimp, black pepper chicken, salt and pepper pork chop, sautéed pepper squid and spicy Kung Pao combination with chicken, beef and shrimp stir-fried with zucchini, celery and carrots. Noodle entrees include chow mein, chow fun, pad Thai, Hong Kong (crispy pan fried) and Singapore, thin rice noodles with veggies, barbecue pork, chicken and shrimp in yellow curry stir-fry. Other popular dishes are Mongolian beef, mu shu shrimp, cashew chicken, chicken chop suey, Szechwan beef, sweet and sour shrimp, mapo tofu with stir-fried pork, General Tso’s chicken and sesame beef. There is egg foo yong, soup (corn egg flower, vegetable, wor wonton), teriyaki bowls and vegetarian dishes such as sautéed garden vegetables in light garlic sauce, eggplant with tofu and fried tofu with veggies. Lunch specials, served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., include soup, fried rice and chow mein noodles. Signature favorites start at $8.25, and noodle dishes begin at $6.25. Rice n’ Noodle is open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. — Jack Bulavsky
