DINING: Spago slipping?

A press release from a local agency that represents Spago at The Forum Shops at Caesars trumpeted a new “pre-fixed” lunch menu.
The release did say that the menu is “ideal for lunch and guests on the go,” but still we wondered: pre-fixed?
The sample menu listed split pea soup, pan-roasted Santa Barbara halibut with veal ravioli, and “free-form” chocolate souffle. We wouldn't have a problem with “pre-fixed” pea soup. A “free-form” souffle could be just about anything so we guess that could be OK “pre-fixed,” but “pre-fixed” fish?
We have a feeling it's actually a prix fixe menu.
