DINING: Whole Foods events this weekend

  Eduardo Perez, executive chef of Trattoria del Lupo at Mandalay Bay, will demonstrate the preparation of
Northern Italian-style dishes at 5 p.m. Friday (June 26) at Whole Foods Market in Town Square, 6689 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The event is free and open to the public.
  Geno Bernardo, executive chef of Nove Italiano restaurant at the Palms, will share cooking techniques and provide a tasting of his Crudo with Salsa Verde at noon Saturday (June 27) at Whole Foods Market in The District II, 100 S. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson.
  The Town Square store also will host a “Beer -- Animal Style” event from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday (June 27). The $5 fee buys a souvenir glass and beer samples; proceeds will benefit The Animal Foundation.
