DINING: Will Cruise for Food

  Las Vegas chef Gustav Mauler will be a featured guest chef in the Culinary Arts Center on Holland America Line's MS Prinsendam July 3-17.
  The 14-day cruise will launch from Amsterdam and move through the waterways of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Mauler will teach cooking classes and give demonstrations on the ship.
  This is his fifth culinary cruise, including one last year to his native country of Austria.
  Mauler is the chef/owner of Spiedini at the JW Marriott, 221 N. Rampart Blvd.
