Dunhill Homes offers new financing options for buyers

According to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes, the builder is offering new financing options. Whether home shoppers are looking for low monthly payments or luxury options and upgrades, Dunhill Homes has created a year-end sales program for its communities, Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village. Choices for homebuyers include lower payments, closing costs or additional options.

"There is no reason to rent when you could own your own home for about the same or less than you would spend every month on rent," Soucie said. "With our financing options, you can own your own home for less than you think."

According to Soucie, Dunhill Homes' financing option offers a buy-down interest rate. It is based on traditional financing with a 30-year mortgage. With this option, Dunhill Homes also provides up to 3 percent of the sale price toward closing costs, plus up to $10,000 in options.

A second option available to Dunhill homebuyers provides up to $25,000 in upgrades.

Dunhill Homes is developing two master-planned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, located in the southwestern portion of the valley and Tuscany Village in Henderson offer guard-gated communities with amenities.

Dunhill Homes offers residents of its Rhodes Ranch community a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, award-winning golf course, community water park and walking trails. The recreation center includes an indoor fitness center, a full-length indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. Group exercise classes are offered every week, in addition to social activities for children and adults.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,467 to 3,431 square feet with prices starting in the high 100,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch, then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Fairways, located at 765 Orchard Course Drive. The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 425-3152 or visit dunhillhomes.com.

Homes in Tuscany Village range from 1,264 to 2,694 square feet in the all single-story Zanetti and Pesaro collections. Prices start in the mid-$100,000s. This master plan includes the La Vita Tuscana recreation center, along with the Tuscany Golf Club and walking trails. It is located 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance.
