Dunhill is exclusive builder for Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany Village

Dunhill Homes announced that it is now the exclusive builder for the Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master-planned golf course communities in Las Vegas.

According to Don Boettcher, division president, Dunhill Homes plans to actively build in both communities and its goal is to be one of the 10 largest home builders in the Las Vegas market. It anticipates closing 200 homes in 2010.
