Dunhill offers incentives for homes in master plans
Now through Sept. 30, Dunhill Homes is having its Luxury for Less event at the Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master-planned communities.
The new program provides homebuyers with as much as $17,500 in incentives. The money can be used toward upgrades, closing costs or a combination of each, depending on the buyers' preference.
Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village each feature a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, championship golf courses, guard-gated entries and dozens of outdoor amenities.
"Whether you are at the recreation center or home entertaining friends, you can enjoy your home and community every day of the year," said Ryan Soucie, sales director.
Dunhill Homes opened 12 new floor plans at Rhodes Ranch this year, ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,900.
Both single- and two-story homes are offered with as many as six bedrooms and three-car garages. Rhodes Ranch offers energy-efficient homes certified by Energy Star and NV Energy's Energy Plus program.
All new homes include energy-efficient appliances, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, an energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat and dual-pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows.
Tuscany Village has 13 new-home floor plans with six decorated model homes. The one- and two-story homes range in size from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet. In addition to energy saving features found at Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany homes also include tankless water heaters. Prices at Tuscany start at $129,990.
To visit Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance.
