An electrician died from injuries related to a fall after Tom Jones' show Wednesday at the MGM Grand's Hollywood Theatre. Alan Feldman, vice president of communications for MGM Mirage, confirmed the accident Friday. He said the victim, who was not identified, worked for an outside company.
