Eleven11 Condominium Homes prepares to unveil units in west

Eleven11 Condominium Homes, a complex located on West Charleston Boulevard, will hold its grand opening July 14 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The free event will include children's events, face painting, faux tattoos and arts and crafts. There also will be free food and drinks served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The property owners are adding a health club with a spa and pool to the condominium conversion and have added landscaping to the complex, which draws its name from its address.

They also have refurbished the units, according to Zolt Szorenyi, president of Developers Marketing Solutions.

The floor plans include one- and two-bedroom units that range from 680 to 980 square feet.

Prices start at $129,999.

The units are available with upgraded features, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths and designer-selected two-tone paints.

"There has been a lot of effort in making this property the perfect place for Las Vegas residents to call home," Szorenyi said. "It's unfortunate that many residents of Las Vegas feel like owning their own home is out of their reach.

"Eleven11 gives back the dream of homeownership by offering prices that are not inflated beyond most people's dreams," he said.

Eleven11 Condominium Homes is located on West Charleston Boulevard between Buffalo Drive and Cimarron Road at 1111 Warbonnet Way.

The condo sales office is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday. For more information, call 866-431-0673 or visit mynewcondostory.com.
