Engle Homes promotes Copper Creek

Engle Homes' Copper Creek Estates will complete a pool and cabana later this summer and plans are in place to build a park along with walking trails within the neighborhood's gated entrance.

The enclave is located just north of Copper Creek in eastern Las Vegas off U.S. Highway 95 Russell Road Exit near Sam Boyd Stadium. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.

The home builder's nearby Copper Creek sold out nearly 600 homes in a little more than two years, according to Thomas.

She said many of this neighborhood's popular models are offered in the new project.

The model homes include the 1,479-square-foot Millcreek floor plan.

This two-story home includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room and a two-car garage and a loft in lieu of a third bedroom.

The 1,802-square-foot Tioga model comes with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room and a two-car garage.

The two-story Oasis model comes with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, two one-car garages, covered patio and a porch. The 1,861-square-foot home's options include an oversized great room and a super-sized master bedroom.

At 1,999 square feet, the Silverado model is the neighborhood's largest floor plan.

Copper Creek Estates is on 5509 Ovando Way. To visit, take the U.S. Highway 95 to the Russell Road exit. Drive east past Boulder Highway, and make a left on to Hollywood Boulevard.
