Engle Homes promotes Rivendell

Engle Homes' new neighborhood, Rivendell, at Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, features all single-story homes.

The homes are being built on lots that range from 7,800 to 18,000 square feet.

The Wellington model, at 2,807 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a three-car garage and multiple outside living areas with covered patios.

The Queenstown model houses three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a den in 3,046 square feet.

The floor plan can be altered to include a master retreat, fourth bedroom or tech center.
